Balcony Preference? Star Princess / Alaska

We have choice between Emerald 205, 207 / or Baja 641, 207. Would really appreciate your input

So basically, two side by side balconies on Emerald or a balcony in the back of the ship and an inside on the front on the Baja deck?

 

Who's cruising? Still, I'd prolly go with Baja 641, 207. I'd prefer to be on the port side, but both choices are on Starboard. I'm not a big fan of Emerald deck in general for balconies. It'll be a bit of a hike btw the two cabins on Baja, and while the balcony is smaller than on Caribe or Dolphin, I'd still prefer it.

Your Baja balcony overlooks the water and the Caribe and Dolphin deck balconies below which 'stick out' beyond yours due to their larger size.

 

The Emerald deck balcony is tucked in under the above deck and does not overlook the water - rather it overlooks the walking track. Walkers along the Promenade will walk by your balcony and their head will come about 1/2 way up your balcony railing. You can see water only by looking straight out.

 

I would definitely choose the Baja deck balcony.
