Jungle Tours in Puntarenas off Summit?

I'm on Celebrity Summit sailing Oct. 1, arriving Puntarenas on Oct. 8. I'm looking for pax who are interested in the Jungle Cruise offered by J.D. Watersports, http://www.jdwatersports.com/jungle_river.htm./

They offer just the flatbottom boat ride for $49, including lunch, but without transfer from the ship. For $74, you get that plus a 1-hr non-strenuous hike into the rain forest.

(seems worth it to add the hike, given the ride to get there.) So far, only I am ready to sign up (my DW is not interested). Transfer for 1 would be $70, for a total of $144, which just isn't worth it. I'd take the ship's river tour instead ($82).

But for 2 the transfers come down to $25, a total of $99/pax, and that includes lunch (ship's tour doesn't). For 4, the total would be just $89/pax and for 8, $79/pax.

They have a beautiful website (visit just to view the neat videos). They have a U.S. office, so you can call toll-free and speak to someone in English (I spoke to Jamie Crall).

If you want to sign up, just mention this message, and they'll call me and tell me it's a go. Post a comment here, too, please, or at the roll call site for this cruise, http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=44411&page=12&pp=25

Thanks.
