beware when you book for day tour we use VIET VALUE TRAVEL and after the tour was in progress for over 2 hres they call asking for 40 dollars extra try to talk with them nothing to do what can you do when you re 2 hres away from the ship we paid but BEWARE OF VIET VALUE TRAVEL and M TUAN and MME HA

next day found they did the same to 3 other group on the ship rapshody of the sea on january 15 2008

 

but also in Hanoi we use another travel agency TODAY TRAVEL with M. Tan and the service was excellent and would use him any time brand new van excellent guide very very good and they can arrange you tour in any city of vietnam

What a shame that you had a bad experience. We have been to Vietnam and had a fabulous tour guide for 3 days in Ho Chi Ming City. We found the people there to be so sincere and had a wonderful time.

believe me we had at great experience in vietnam only problem was with viet value travel because in Hanoi we use todat travel with M Tan and the tour was great , all together we enjoy vietnam only viet value travel were a dishonest tour company and we want to tell our story so if you have to choose between them and another tour company go with the other one .

 

but we love the place and the people in vietnam we can wait to go back
