Frequency Samana Tender Service

Hello: Can anyone tell me how often the tenders run from the Dawn to the main dock in Samana? What is the departure time of the last tender from the city?

Also if I took a tender from Dawn to the city, took a private excursion ( non Norwegian ) and was dropped off at the Cayo island, would I be able to take the Norwegian tender back to the ship from there? Once again does anyone know the frequency to the island , and when is the last departure?
