How far in advance should you fill out your fun pass?

I would go online and fill it out before you sail, even a few days is okay in my opinion. I just don't like giving out my credit card information until I have to.

Don't worry about the credit card info as you only give them the last 4 digits and expiration date. There's no way to make any fraudulent charges with that!

I fill mine out completly once the cruise is paid in full. It saves time later on and will speed up your boarding.

different cards using different charge cards?

Yes, you choose each person to set up individually. They can all be piggybacked onto on charge card, or not.

Last year when we sailed my brother and two cousins shared a cabin and had to set up their sign and sail cards at the port with their own credit cards. I don't think they were able to do it online.

My mom and I are staying in the same cabin. When I filled out our Fun Pass online it gave me an option to set up a different account for each name, so I was able to put in each of our cc information seperately. You'll see it when you get there.:)

 

And I am slightly anal...I set mine up as soon as the cruise was paid in full which was more than 4 months prior to sailing.
