Day Spas on Any Islands?

My husband and I are pampering ourselves this vacation. We are visiting a day spa in San Juan before we board, and was wondering if anyone knows of any day spas on the islands. We would love to visit one, maybe even get a side by side massage on the beach.

 

We are visiting:

St. Martaan

St. Lucia

Barbados

St. Barts

St. Kitts

St. Georges

Margarita Island

Curacao

Aruba

 

If anyone has any info that would be great!!!

 

Is anyone familiar with the prices aboard a Royal Caribbean Ship Spa?
