Tour by Taxi (VAN) in Aruba

I know in St. Thomas last year we just contracted a tour-taxi at the port area for a two hour tour. It worked out great. we saw sights on the island and cheaper than doing an excursion. Is this available in Aruba and at what price per person? Thanks.
