My uncle worked for Home Lines for many years. From another friend who also worked for Home Lines he got a recipe for the most fantastic green noodle lasagna with a white cream sauce rather than a tomato sauce. my uncle lost the recipe and my other friend has since passed away. i was told it was in a little booklet that was either given away or sold on the Oceanic. Does anyone have a copy of this recipe? I have not been able to come up with anything close to this one.
