Roatan Tourist Info Center

Has anyone booked a tour through this company? I have a tour booked through them and so far their customer service has been outstanding with answering all my questions but I would like to get reassurance from anyone else who has used them. I know on this board most people perfer to use Bodden tours but we were not looking for anything to elaborate while in Roatan, just a zip line tour and then back to the ship. I was going to book through Carnival but for the same thing it is 25.00 more per person. So if anyone has any feedback I would appreciate hearing about it. Thank you

We are new at cruising so we looked at the internet to find out what was available in Roatan. I came across the Tourist Info Center and asked them some questions. I too found that they were really great with the customer service so we decided to try them. We booked a Craig Cat Snorkel tour and a horseback riding tour. The snorkel tour was great! Our guide, Richard took us to nearby reefs and showed us great places to snorkel. We really enjoyed driving our own little boat! Our horse back ride was awesome! Lori who is the owner, picked us up at the cruise ship dock and took us to all of our tours. She was courteous, organized and knew a great deal about Roatan. We are planning to go back to Roatan and we will definatley use the Tourist Center again!

Thank you for that reassurance. I have been in contact with this company about the zip line tour and they have been so helpful. I am still deciding if we will do the zip line tour when we are in Roatan in December, right now I am leaning toward doing the craigcat since it looks to be a lot of fun.

I understand in your response that they picked you up at the cruise ship pier? Did they take you back after it ended? We want to do a canopy tour and possibly the Fins and Flippers (if we have time)
