Tour from Ship - Calyspso Train and Belkin Beer Factory?

Hello - will be sailing on the Sun this Saturday and Belize is one of our ports.

 

We are an older couple traveling with another older couple. We do not do scuba, etc. There are two tours we are mildly interested in - one is the City and Belkin Beer Factory tour and the other is just the Calypso Train ride (only one hour). Has anyone done these tours? Also would like to know if there is good shopping (safe area) Seafood restaurants etc. near where the ship ports. Thanks.
