NCL's Panoramic London & Free Time Shore Excursion?

Has anyone done NCL's Panoramic London & Free Time Shore Excursion? We are looking at it as both a way to see a bit of London and get to LHR but when I read about it on their description it sounds as if they only stop the one time for photos?

 

I have checked with my roll call and I am unfortunately too late to join in on shared vans. We were supposed to be staying a few days and just canceled those tickets so now can leave earlier!
