Flor,
We sailed on the Voyager in January. Food is a very subjective thing, what one loves, another hates. That being said, I have to say that over all we found the food to be good, with a few exceptions. I thought the chicken dish the first night was dry and tasteless, however the prime rib was excellent. If you don't like what you ordered, just order something else, no problem! One night my husband and I solved that by switching plates!
We were always able to find something we liked at the windjammer. We went there for dinner twice I think. It was nice to excape the noisy dinning room and have a quiet, relaxed dinner. Portafino's was wonderful! I can't say enough to praise the food and service we enjoyed there. Well worth the extra money!
The service in the dining room is fine, but a little slow, after all they are feeding a lot of people. Windjammer is a self service buffet, but a waiter will bring your drinks and keep your glass filled. Portafinos. again what can I say- the best all around.

we were on Voyager end of Feb-first week of March. The ship was great. Which itinerary are you going on? We went to Freeport (instead of Labadee), Grand Cayman, Jamaica, and Cozumel. The weather was great.. hope you have the same. There is so much to do on the ship.. lots of places to eat (I agree with the poster on Portofinos.. make reservations early, it's definitely worth the $20/pp). We also enjoyed Johnny Rockets burgers for a change of pace. There are lots of nice lounges/ bars and some bands at night to choose from. Take in at least one of the shows in the theater... also, be sure to get tickets for the ice show. Every day you will get a "Compass" newsletter that outlines everything available to do that day.. it will tell you when you can get ice show tickets, what entertainment is going on that day, etc.
The pool areas are very nice..plenty of hot tubs and the water was warm enough for me (I don't like cold swimming pools!) We liked late dining (you probably have already chosen early or late).. early is nice if you want more evening time to party.. later is nice if you want it a little less rushed and quieter but we didn't get out of there most evenings until around 10:30 p.m. The dining room is very pretty.. our service was very good and the food was usually good.. our waiter helped with choices.. she was always on the mark.. she would let us know what looked good vs. not so good. The ports were nice. If you like a lot of activity I think the organized tours you can choose from would be good for at least one or two ports. There is a board for "ports of call".. you can read a lot from people who have actually gone on these tours and also find suggestions for private tour operators. The disadvantage we saw was having to line up and go on group buses vs. just taking off on your own. But , if you have not been to a port before I think you get more out of finding a tour you think you would enjoy so you can see/do more.

It helped my pre-cruise excitment to visit sites like cruiseone.com to see good pictures of the ship and the rooms. Also, you can find posters who know more about posting pictures than I do that link you to their vacation pictures..those are fun to see so you can see what the ship looks like and what people did.

hope this helps and have a wonderful time!
