Waikiki Tolley

We stayed a couple days post cruise in Waikiki and bought a 4 day trolley trip pass. We decided that would be easier than renting a car. It stops at most places you want to go - the one that it doesn't is Pearl Harbor. Otherwise it is a good way to get on and off and go see things if you don't have a car. It will pretty much take you anywhere else that you want to go in Waikiki. I guess it depends what you want to use it for whether it is worth it or not.

Oops, forgot to answer your second question. There is a stop at Aloha Tower, which is right outside the pier. However, we bought our tickets on-line prior to the trip. The tickets said that you had to pick up the trolley at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and take the trolley to the next stop in order to pick up your pass. I don't know if they will let you do this from the pier or not. Regardless you probably don't want to ride the trolley with all your cruise luggage.
