If you are signed on as a passenger on a particular voyage then the Roll Call section of Cruise Critic allows you to chat with other on the same voyage. To enter the roll call section you need to be logged into cruise critic.

As an example, the links in my signature take you to the roll calls for my voyage (which is 3 trips in 1)

People 'talk' and share information / tips / plans before they travel.

They also make arrangements to meet up when they are on board if they want to.

For example, there are now at least 50 people 'signed up' on the QM2 Memorial Day Cruise on May 22nd. Some of the people on this roll call do a lot of 'talking' and others are more quiet and are just content to read what the rest of us witter on about!

If you are not logged on, the roll call section will appear empty and you get a strange message like: There have been no posts for 100 days (or something like that).
