Experience With Travelex/Travelite

I haven't purchased insurance yet for our 5 day Dec 20 Inspiration sailing but now that I've paid the final payment, it looks like we are certainly going and I'm one who won't feel comfortable without insurance.

I used insuremytrip.com to do comparison shopping and Travelex-Travelite was a good price and from what I can tell, coverage covers items I need.

Has anyone used them before and had to file a claim? Is the company reputable? Any info on this company and the Travelite policy is greatly appreciated.

I just purchased Travelex on Friday for a cruise in July, due to price/coverage. I did on search here on CC and saw positive comments, although I did not see any from someone who had filed a claim.

I also looked into the insurance company that underwrites the policy and it was rated A+ by A.M. Best; which would vouch for the financial stability of the insurance.
