What is the best way to go from Sheepshead Bay to the Red Hook Terminal?

There are two ways and it depends on the time of day. One is The Belt Parkway west to the Gowanus expressway to the Hamilton Avenue exit(over the hump on the right). The second is Ocean parkway North to the prospect expressway also to the first Hamilton Avenue exit after the Hamilton Avenue exit(just before you join the Gowanus expressway) you stay on the service road going straight ahead for both and follow the signs....
