Pride check-in Long Beach?

This is a question for anyone who knows the port of Long Beach.

We are most likely not going to be able to make it to the ship (Pride-7 day cruise) for early check-in. I think we will probably get dockside around 2pm. Any idea of how long it will take to get on the ship at that point? Will a majority of people already have gone through making our boarding faster?

Many of the guests will have already checked in by 2pm....so your wait shouldn't be to long

We sailed in January of 2007 and arrived at the dock at 1:30 pm. The line was VERY long to get into the terminal...even for those that did early check-in. We had VIP check-in for that cruise because we had a suite, so we bypassed the long line. I did talk to some people later on and they said it went pretty fast...once it got going.
