cruise director on Dawn

I'm am cruising the Dawn to Alaska in a little less than two weeks. I've discovered over past cruises that the cruise director plays a large part in the overall atmosphere of the cruise. A great one makes the cruise very memorable. Does anyone have any idea who this might be on the Dawn now? And if he/she is any good? The last time I cruised the Dawn (early '99) Graham Seymore was the CP (also on the Caribbean Princess in July '04), and he is far and away my all-time favorite. :D I hear he is now with Royal Caribbean, so I know not to be expecting him. So, does anyone have this info?
