Voyager RCCL Med. Tours?

Hi! We are taking a mediterranean cruise with RCCL. Does anyone have any recommended tours for Florence/Pisa, Rome, Sicily and Naples? We aretrying to decide whether to take some with Royal Caribbean or use other tour companies. We are also interested in tours from Nice.

We did "A Taste of Rome" & "A Taste of Florence" which were nice since part of it was a guided tour, and the rest of the time you could explore on your own. We had 2 teenagers with us who were mainly interested in shopping, but at least this way they got some history too.
