Personalizer-Where is the OBC?

I do not see the on board credit we are supposed to have on our Personalizer

on the Princess site. Where is it found?

have you signed in on the main page? There is a little piggy bank and it says Circle Savings Account. You click that link then sign in using your e-mail address and password. You do all that and it is right in the middle of the page.....????

I have some major dollars in OBC and I have never seen any of them in my "Piggy Bank". I know I have verified with Princess that I have them so I don't think Princess keeps their site current.

They are not on the personalizer. They are in the captains circle area. Like catmand said there is a link on the top of the page near the right hand corner for circle savings.

The credit will only be shown if you have booked with Princess. It will not show either in your saving bank if you are not the person that made the reservation.

I booked with Princess and in my Personalizer, I have a balance and payment option where I can see our OBC but if I go on my Circle Saving account, I can't see it. DH probably can because I have booked under his name.
