Galata Tower, Orient House or Al Jamal for dinner and show?

Hi,

 

I am trying to decide on a dinner/show for Istanbul Have any of you been to any of these venues? Can you tell me the size (how many it seats) and the quality of the entertainment? I suspect the food will not be top notch in any of these because the emphasis is on the show, but an opinion on the food would be nice too.
