Hope you can help - strange question

We are sailing on the Triumph - Our cabin is a balcony that holds 5 when I look at the deck plans we are on the 8th (Verandah deck) it show the capital bar right across from us - I know this bar isn't on every level is this just an open space looking down to the capital bar or is the actual bar right across from us?

The Capitol Bar is inthe lobby on deck 3. That space across from your cabin is the Atrium.

Just open space. If you were lower, you could avoid the long elevator lines and try jumping down into the bar :)
