Kaylasmom Posted April 13, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Hey guys, I booked a cruise yesterday for 3 cabins through cruise.com. I was only paying the deposit($200) per cabin. Well, I checked my bank account today and I am negative due to the fact that I was charged only the deposit on one cabin, but the full price for the other two. Should cruise.com be responsible for my fees as they made a mistake in what was charged. First cruise - 2/23/04 - Can't Wait! Renee
Guest nhrich Posted April 13, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Yes, and if they won't do it, cancel your reservation and take it elsewhere. Rich 12/94 Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam - W. DMorris Posted April 13, 2004 #3 Share Posted April 13, 2004 I think they need to be responsible. Was the charge from Cruise.com or the cruise line? Whoever made the error should be responsible. Kaylasmom Posted April 13, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted April 13, 2004 Royal Caribbean did, but they did it when cruise.com called them to place the charge. Im on hold w/ them now. They are going to reverse the 575 and charge 200 but this will only make me more negative because the credit for the reversal will take a few days to show up. First cruise - 2/23/04 - Can't Wait!
