Hey guys, I booked a cruise yesterday for 3 cabins through cruise.com. I was only paying the deposit($200) per cabin. Well, I checked my bank account today and I am negative due to the fact that I was charged only the deposit on one cabin, but the full price for the other two. Should cruise.com be responsible for my fees as they made a mistake in what was charged.

Yes, and if they won't do it, cancel your reservation and take it elsewhere.

I think they need to be responsible. Was the charge from Cruise.com or the cruise line? Whoever made the error should be responsible.

Royal Caribbean did, but they did it when cruise.com called them to place the charge. Im on hold w/ them now. They are going to reverse the 575 and charge 200 but this will only make me more negative because the credit for the reversal will take a few days to show up.
