Snorkeling

I think there are both comparible. Coz you can access some good snorkelling by shore.

In GC, twice we booked with Nativeway Watersports. $60pp included pier pick up and drop off, snorkelling on reef, swim/feed the stingrays( the coolest thing ever), lunch at a private beach area(where snorkelling is available). You spend much more time with the stingrays than the cruise ship excursion groups.

 

Water is pristine at both locations.
