New To Princess - Crown Princess Iceland and Norway Question?

Hi

 

I am new to Princess - having cruised with NCL and Royal Caribbean mainly,

 

We are thinking of taking the 31st July 2009 Iceland, Norway and British Isles cruise and wonder what the state of the seas will be like at that time of year. We have never really had rough seas on any of our sailings and I would like this trend to continue!!

 

So if anyone did the same trip this year - what was it like?

Is there a website where I can look at past sea conditions etc?
