booking excursions on CocoCay

Do the excursions on Coco Cay fill up early or can we book when we get on board? DH & I are going on Monarch (4 nite) in April. I am big planner--him not so much. Were thinking of doing the kayak or waverunners on Coco Cay but also thinking we may want to just hang around/lounge/explore the ship. If we don't book in advance, will we be out of luck? If we book and then decide to cancel, can we do that and get our $$$$ back? (we board on Mon and Coco Cay is Tues)

We were just there last Monday. You do not have to even think about any excursions until you get to the beach. There is plenty to do and everything is available. I recommend the snorkling. We saw lots of very pretty and nice size fish, starfish, and sting rays.
