Transport Rome airport to port

Any suggestions for the best method of transport for getting from Rome Airport to the port. Our flight arrives at 4.15p.m.I would appreciate any input. thanks Mary

The train is your cheapest way. Take one from the airport to the Termini and from there to Civitavecchia. If this is the day of the cruise I would instead opt for either Carnivals transfers or one of the many shuttle services online. We used romeshuttlelimousine.com last year and they were very good. If you are staying in Civi before the cruise your hotel can also arrang fro transport, which is what we are doing since we arrive at 7:30AM and don't want to mess with commuter traffic. The train is very easy we did it 3 times last year.
