Full transit then Panama City

We are on the Coral Princess leaving November 19 for a full transit through the canal. At the end, we have 5 hours at night for Panama City. the ship offers a night tour of the city? Does anyone have any recommendations as to what to do during this time? Take the ship tour? Go on our own? Do a separate tour? Any recommended tours or tour guides for the night time?
