Best beach for JetSki and Parasailing?

March of 09 on a Sunday (Celebrity Summit). Looking for a beach area (NOT Orient) where I can rent JetSki's and also closeby Parasail. Teenage daughter and friend want to Parasail. Is the best bet, right in town? Is the water okay to swim in?
