Someone to answer questions about ports on the Panama Canal cruise

Is there someone out there who would be kind enough to email me with information on the canal ports of Puerto Corinto, Puerto Quetzel and Puntarenas? Basically what I'd like info on is what is available at the port itself at each spot (viz taxis or tour guides for hire on the spot). We are not big on planning ahead and don't really like the crowds involved with ship tours. I'd appreciate any help.
