RCCL - Colonial Panama or Panama City Tour

Has anybody been on either of these tours offered by RCCL (Jewel of the Seas):

"Colonial Panama" 5 hours

or "Panama City" 8 hours incl lunch

They seem to cover a lot of the same ground, and I'm trying to decide which would be better. I don't care about including lunch - would rather use the time to see more. Does anybody know how much "extra" is covered on the longer trip? Or is it more time in the same spots?
