Diving from Cayo Levantado? Shuttle to Samana?

Any one know if there is a scuba diving operation available to visitors at Cayo Levantado? It looks like it may be offered at the resorts, but I'm not sure if anyone can go.

 

Anyone know the cost and how often shuttle service is to the mainland?
