When you get off the ship there are several terraces right there. Most of them are good for people watching and all have drinks of course, but the quality of the food differs. If you're early off the ship you could try "De Gouverneur". Their food is good, but you have to be early to get a good spot on the balcony. The adjoining 'Caribbean Bar' is good as well (they have about 50 different rums... and snacks come from De Gouverneur)

Other options would be the Sopranos Piano Bar in the Rif Fort (right off the big pier) or any terrace on the other side of the floating bridge.
