Snorkeling vs cavetubing

We did cavetuding 2 yrs ago and had a good time. We were considering snorkeling this time. Coral Breeze has two options. One includes Sting ray alley and is from Caye Caulker. The other has a manatee reserve option and is from Bannister Island. Does anyone have any thoughts related to these? Also how about compared to ship option - we will be on RCCL - Grandeur.

We did the trip with Coral Breeze to the Sting Ray Alley and Caye Caulker last year and LOVED IT! This year we were in Belize on Dec. 25th and this tour from Coral Breeze was not operating. We then went on an NCL Shore Excursion. WHAT A DISASTER! The boats to take us to the reef broke down. Yes - 3 boats broke down that day. Stick with Coral Breeze.

Have you ever done the stingray city in Grand Caymans? if so is this similar?

No, I have never done the sting ray in Grand Caymans but I'm sure they are just about the same (seen 1 ray seen them all?). From what I have read before, the better snorkeling in Belize is in the sting ray area of the reef.
