Anytime dining on the Liberty

Haven't read much about it. Has anyone been on the Liberty recently and tried the "anytime" dining? We are scheduled to leave on Jan. 24th and I am still up in the air on what to do. We currently have early seating. Any thoughts or experiences?

I am wondering if the "Open dining" has first and second seatings. For instance will you be assigned open dining for the first seating times...etc. or is it all anytime open seating between 6-8:30??

Its open, there is no assignment. You can also request a specific waiter if you want. The times are 5:45-9:45
