Coco Cay question

Hi all,

 

Coco Cay is great and have been there once (out of two cruises that were supposed to stop there). Anyways, on our way tendering back out to the cruise ship, I noticed that there were some cabanas or small shelters with flowing curtains on a small beach. What/who is this for? Are these things you can rent out, or are they for spa services on the island or something? Does anybody know?

I have never been there, but I saw on the Bahama Board someone mentioned them. They asked someone on the island and they said they were free of charge if you got there early enough to snag one.
