snorkeling at Dolphin Cove Jamaica??

I cant seem to find a price for Dolphin cove unless its an excursion, and they all include Dunns Falls. I have bad knees and dont think the falls would be a good idea. I'd like to go directly to DC and pay to get in. Has anyone done this? What was the cost? Can you snorkel there? Or... should i just pay the excursion and view the falls and then go to DC once everyone is done there? HELP.....I have 57 days before my cruise!!
