Take a water ferry over to Point du Bout and walk to the Hotel Meridien.

 

There you will find Espace Plongee Martinique, perhaps the best dive operation on the island.

 

They will take you whenever you arrive, but 9am seems to be the desired time. Sorry, no web site.
