Kayak Excursion by Carnival??? Help please!

Has anyone ever been on the excursion through carnival that is a peaceful kayaking adventure. We are trying to find something to bring my mom (mid 50's) on but we don't want it to be too strenuous. Please let me know if you have any advice or information.....thank you sooo much!!:D
