Gumbalimba

Here is my warning about Gumbalimba. We rented a car in Roatan and went to the park. We were quoted a price to go into the park that was perfectly reasonable. When they overheard us talking about time and getting back to the ship the price went up. I mean WAY up. Apparantly they have some sort of contract with the cruise lines and no matter how you got there via tour bus or on your own you have to pay the full price of the ships excursion. It's a complete rip off. If you do go there on your own, don't mention that you are on a cruise ship and the price is reasonable.
