In-room bar/wine pricing on NCL Star?

I have seen some people mention that you can purchase a bar package for your guestroom on board. How do you do this? Can it be done in advance?

Does anyone have a wine list with pricing? I am trying to decide if it is better to bring my favorite wine and just pay the $15 corkage fee or order it on-board. A friend of mine cruised with another cruise line last year and was able to purchase a case of wine and recieve a volume discount. They then split the case up with the other people they were traveling with...We are traveling with 4 other families so this would be a great option.

Is it true we can also bring non-alcoholic mixers and bottled water on board without a fee or problem?

;)
