Enough time for cave tubing & ruins?

We will be in Belize for 9 hours in April. Is there enough time to do cave-tubing and the ruins. Also - anybody know of a tour that offers both?

By the time you get off the ship and are tendered into port....and the time you need to get back to the ship... you actually do not have 9 hrs. in Belize.

 

I may be mistaken, but think I read where both tours cannot be done in that timeline.

 

I think you will have to choose one or the other as the cavetubing tour alone can be up to 6 hrs. (given 2 hr.s of r/t driving to and from the site).
