Those who purchase alcohol to bring home...

and need to pack it in your luggage the gift shop now sells amazing new bubble packaging. We bought two bottles to bring home and DH asked if it was going to be packaged in a box because we had to put it in our checked luggage and he said that he had something better. It is a bubble wrap type of thing that the bottle fits inside and then he puts air in it...sorry it is really hard to explain it. We then put that in a bag and packed it in the suitcase...our alcohol made it all the way home after 3 flights! I believe they were $2 each but worth it.

These are really nice. They packed our rum (bought in port) and they made it in checked airline baggage no problemo.

 

We're gonna take them with us on the next cruise (filled with socks, etc on the way down).

We got them on the Freedom a couple weeks ago and our liquor made it home fine. The best thing every since you have to put it in your checked luggage. I was scared it was going to be broke and all over everything. But it was not.
