On board credit

Has any one ever lost their Fun Ship Dollar on board credit after changing a booking. We decided to get connecting cabins which meant a chnage of cabins and have lost some of our on board credit which we bought with fun ship dollars and having alot of trouble getting it back. Guest relations have not answered email and admin are not much better

Have you tried calling them directly? The #'s 1-800-906-7603. They seam to be on "their time" all the time when getting stuff accomplished. It took them 2 weeks to credit our account with the funship $$ we purchased as obc. Most of the time they just told me "well you don't leave until june" One of them actually said it wouldn't be applied until after may 1st but quickly changed that story when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Next time I'll just have them sent to me and carry them onboard.

I did phone and was told to get my travel agent to sort it, the lady was so ignorant. She put me on hold and never came back, as I was phoning from Ireland I dread to think what my bill will be. Ours went on more or less straight away
