Gumbalimba Park CCL doesn't include Canopy tour?

Ok, I know they aren't offering it from CCL anymore. However, if you book the tour through CCL can you then add on the Canopy Tour if you want to and if so how much extra do you pay. Do you know what the highest point is. My DD is a little scared. Any input.

When we were at Gumbalimba in August they weren't doing the canopy tours at all. They seemed to be testing them, but I haven't heard if they've reopened them at all.
