Dolphin Discovery Cozumel or Dolphinarus in Nassau?

I'm trying to decide where to do a dolphin swim. Does anyone know the differences between Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel and the excursion offered by Carnival on Nassau, the "Dolphin Swim and Ride"? I want to pick the best one when we cruise in April!

 

Would Dolphin Discovery have fewer people than the Carnival excursion? Do you get to do the same things on either one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
