itsreallyme Posted November 23, 2004 #1 Share Posted November 23, 2004 Has any one had trouble getting their investor credit applied to their shipboard account? I sent in the paperwork last April for a cruise next month. This is a 10 day cruise which is supposed to give us a $200 onboard account credit. Customer service finally confirmed there is only a $100 credit in my account, although they did not seem to know what the "investor credit" was. Emails to the address listed on the form go unanswered.
xke_uk Posted November 23, 2004 #2 Share Posted November 23, 2004 Hi I sent the forms via email to shareholderbenefit@rccl.com and got the credit confirmation back within 24 hours. Regards
TJW Posted November 23, 2004 #3 Share Posted November 23, 2004 If you have booked through a TA have the TA check your accounts on their screen. If you booked through RCCL have them check the account of your roommate to see if the other $100 is there. I have had RCCL split credits in the past but I don't remember whether it was a shareholder or book onboard credit. I agree with xke_uk and for future credits send them in via email and closer to the cruise date ie 60 days out.
