We are cruising only for the second time with stops in Samana, Tortola, Antigua, Barbados & St Lucia. Can anyone recommend excursions not booked through the ship? We would like to see something of the islands with maybe a swim. Nothing too demanding.

There are 4 spare places on Cosol's tour in St Lucia if you are interested? Tour includes visiting banana plantation, fishing villages, shopping, Toraille Waterfall and botanical gardens, volcano, Marigot Bay and snorkelling at the Hilton Jalousie Hotel. I have used the link to post on roll call but do not know how the site works so am a little lost.

We would love to join the trip on St Lucia but do not know how to set it up.

In fact I haven't got a clue what I am doing!!!!
