Transfers/Vence to ship/Rome Port to Vatican

Hi Everyone,

 

We are new to this website -- we are taking our first European cruise this summer and opting out of the expensive cruiseline transfers. Anyone out there have any ideas for an inexpensive transfer for 4 from the Venice airport to the cruise ship? Also, when we arrive in Rome -- we are staying in a convent, Fraterna Domas near the Vatican. We are on a tight budget so any help would be greatly appreciated.
